Services
Private Investigations
CDM Investigations offer a wide range of services to private clients. Ranging from discreet background checks on a new partner, intelligence gathering for neighbour disputes to suspicions of infidelity. All discussions with clients are in absolute confidence and can be held however the client prefers, face to face for an informal discussion or telephone communication only. We understand how difficult it can be to request the services of an Investigator but here at CDM Investigations, we do everything possible to ensure your dealings with us are as comfortable as possible.
Once CDM Investigations have been engaged, an Investigation Plan will be agreed to maintain the requirements of the client along with achievable objectives and timescales.Throughout the engagement, the client will be regularly updated and a comprehensive report will be supplied at the conclusion of the investigation.
Surveillance
Surveillance is the art of monitoring and tracking a certain target or subject through observation. Usually people, places and vehicles. This is all conducted in a covert manner in order that the targets or subjects are unaware of being watched. Our operatives are fully trained in surveillance techniques and can blend into any background/situation as necessary. We always carry out surveillance legally ensuring it’s evidential value is not compromised. We will only suggest surveillance if it is likely to yield results and move the investigation forward. When undertaking instruction from the client we always follow the SIA best practise guide when deciding if surveillance is indeed the best way forward
Our operatives will provide statements along with any video/photographed evidence. Any surveillance report will come with a complete log and photos so that if no evidence is obtained the client has full peace of mind the enquiry has been completed.

We are always up to date with relevant legislation to ensure the process is carried out within all current laws as well as offering a fixed fee for the service. Upon service of the documents, we will provide you with a witness statement, certificate of service, statement of service or affidavit within 24 hours.
